Log calls through desktop app or web portal

Monitor and report on status of all calls grouped by:

    • site,
    • client,
    • status or
    • assigned user.
                   

Client functionality:
            Log calls through web portal
            Edit/Monitor status of specific calls
           
           
User functionality:
            Log calls through web portal
            Monitor status of calls
